I’m not sure one can really put all of them in the same bucket. Even with Patek, the level of movement finishing can vary quite a bit depending on the model.

I’m referring to the brand in general. Except for the minute repeater models, none of their watches have internal angles or otherwise anglage that is clearly applied by hand.
