As you will be the only one who know what you like and want, but with the point you made that this should be an everyday watch, which would mean very flexible in use, my personal choice will be the Breguet. Simply because it will do well as an everyday watch and doesn't have the bling factor of the Rolexes that you've shortlisted. Plus, a very good movement to go with it, while staying unique.
