What WB’s marketing strategy with Journe and moser (no one is blind to the recent Moser blitz offensive) is their business; we just have to make informed decisions when we decide to shell out cash on these expensive products. To me, these two brands can’t possibly appeal to the masses the way they currently do. The same Journe Chronometre souveraine that sat in my AD’s window display box for almost 2 years (until late 2019), can’t possibly be selling for twice MSRP worldwide, without us considering that unusual. But people buying Bc of FOMO or because of speculation are clearly in watch collecting for the wrong reason.
