"The Laurent Ferrier tourbillon is like a Radiohead tune." When I read that line in your post it all made sense. I had been admiring this watch in every previous post about the timepiece, but couldn't quite articulate all that I loved about it. In one sentence you brought clarity to my feelings on this watch, which is the tourbillon I most desire. It was a particular treat to see the photos of the watch under construction.
You've made a fantastic choice with this piece, Alex. I hope to see it, and you in person at IGOTT.

rather short lets say half was between a Smith and a Dufour

I adore this watch
You prefered : MB&F, Urwerk or Vianney Halter. These are watch which are not my style, I admire the watches from a technical point of view but the designs are not my cup of tea. The Laurent ferrier on the other hand ... that is a dream !
