I've had the pleasure of meeting Monseiur Ferrier, Monseiur Muller and the timepiece in white gold with the black dial. Those who know my watch collecting tastes will know that I am not a tremendous fan of tourbillons, and I like my tourbillons completely...

the Ferriers will do quite well on their own. Beautiful watch. I agree with you that a tourbillon on a classically styled watch should be seen from the back. In my opinion it works on the watches that are pushing the envelope or trying to develop a style ...
