Brand New Reverso Chrono Problem
Hi All,
I need your opinion on my recent experience with Reverso Chrono… after i bought the watch, I came home and realized that the minute hand on the blue face is 1 min ahead of the minute hand on the chrono face. This is a single movement watch and both dials has to be 100% aligned. To be honest with you this really bothered me.
Then i looked at the Youtube videos for reverso chrono and I really got shocked.. aside from 1 or 2 videos, most of them had 1-3 min misalignment.
I went to boutique and they sent the watch to the service center to service the watch I never wore once..
After almost 4 days, they told me that they completed the diagnosis and they say the difference of 1 minute is normal.
Could you please advice whether this is normal? Should I accept the watch like this or ask for replacement or refund?? I know that I will not accept if they want to send the watch for full service which will take ages..

Agree completely. I do not have a reverso,
and this is giving me great pause. We do not spend this kind of money for approximate time - we want precise time. Otherwise, how about we just pay an approximate amount?

I used to have a Reverso Duetto and didn't notice such misalignment. I'll check out one of these when I can.

have you checked that the watch has the 1000 hours control test. Does the watch hack for both dials.?
