and this is giving me great pause. We do not spend this kind of money for approximate time - we want precise time. Otherwise, how about we just pay an approximate amount?

I used to have a Reverso Duetto and didn't notice such misalignment. I'll check out one of these when I can.

the watch needs to be stopped before fitting the hands. 2 watch faces with minute and hour hands the watchmaker at the factory did not put the hour and minute hands synchronised correctly. put the hour and minute hands on the main dial then turned the wat... 

Don’t sent it them. They charge $$$$!

When a brand want to change its position, it is not only price increase, but also change customer service and quality. I can tell you that my friends Chrono Reverso has the minute hand exactly the same in the two faces. I wore it during 48 hours and it is... 

I will go to the boutique and ask for refund. They have the watch anyways in the service. I will update you on the reaction
