To be honest with an attitude as displayed it’s quite shocking given the amount we pay for watches and IMHO completely unacceptable.
As much as it is a lovely watch I fully understand you returning it.

and this is giving me great pause. We do not spend this kind of money for approximate time - we want precise time. Otherwise, how about we just pay an approximate amount?
