When a brand want to change its position, it is not only price increase, but also change customer service and quality.
I can tell you that my friends Chrono Reverso has the minute hand exactly the same in the two faces. I wore it during 48 hours and it is a stunning watch, my biggest complain is the very small power reserve.
Having some shift shouldn’t be acceptable and should be fixed under warranty. It is as easy as removing minute hand and fix it back.
I feel sorry for you and doesn’t give good reputation to JLC…
If I were you I would contact another boutique or even the manufacture to get another echo.

and this is giving me great pause. We do not spend this kind of money for approximate time - we want precise time. Otherwise, how about we just pay an approximate amount?
