Officine Panerai

2533 - warmer or colder?

Stephen,

You mentioned that one of the possibilities that Jed mentioned was warm except for one detail.  One of the suggestions was a watch that had all numbers except for 9, which is replaced by a seconds dial.  I initially eliminated this path since no such Panerai exists to my knowledge.  Maybe we should think of the reverse.

I would propose a watch that has no numbers at 12, 3, 6, 9 - like the 249 and also no numbers at 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 8, 10, 11 like the 309.  That watch would also be a Radiomir.  Like the 309, it has a third party (Rolex) movement.  And I believe that watch is also 47 mm.  That could only be the 2533.  Maybe I'm headed down the wrong path but I thought I'd put it out there.

Josh
