The Cali dial is missing a second hand and has no numbers at 12, 3, 6 and 9. The 309 (or is that a 322, can't tell) has numbers at 12, 3, and 6 and a sub seconds dial at 9. "Adding" the dials together would result in a dial with numbers all the way around...

The 21 is a 47mm Special Edition Radiomir like the 249 and 309/322. Like the 249, it is a simple face with hours only and no seconds hand. The 21 has numbers where the 249 has no numbers (at 12, 3, 6, 9) and it has no numbers where the 249 has numbers. Li...

I admit it, I'm beaten. My guess is that it's some special Panerai (probably in platinum or titanium) that has a special dial that is somewhat similar to both of the dials depicted. You are keeping me pondering!

Thanks for the photo. Nice job tracking this down. I think some people will like it but traditionalists will probably hate it. It's an odd combination of dial, case material, movement and details.
