Officine Panerai

Two more (though not likely your intent either):

The Cali dial is missing a second hand and has no numbers at 12, 3, 6 and 9. The 309 (or is that a 322, can't tell) has numbers at 12, 3, and 6 and a sub seconds dial at 9. "Adding" the dials together would result in a dial with numbers all the way around, but for a second hand at 9. I'm unaware of a Panerai dial with such a layout, though I'm sure there are countless examples from other makers.

Another take. The crucial element of the 1936 is of course the historic Cali dial, but it is equipped with a common ETA movement. The crucial element of the 309/322 is of course the high quality movement (from Minerva). "Adding" the two watches together would result in a watch with both a historic Cali dial and a high quality movement. The only example from Panerai would of course be a historic cali dial Radiomir equipped with a high quality Rolex movement!

Best,

Jed
