Yes you are right
1/ No chronometric inscriptions on the dial (just as the other military of the time) or on the movement
2/ No certification with Bulletin de Marche. Remember Omega were busy producing the very first Constellations at about that very same time. No wonder as those were issued to the RAF
It still remains that according to Omega (website) and A journey through time that those had been adjusted in 4 positions and issued as chronometer grade watches, probably to meet the RAF imposed standards.
