With the Minute Rattrapante, I hope that they'll refund you or replace it. The brand needs to understand that watches to many of us are a sacred talisman. It's literally referred to this in a lot of cultures. Thus, we need to have good feelings with it. So even though the contract doesn't state that they have to refund your or replace it, I hope they do! If only we had lemon laws on watches! Why don't we? Watches cost as much as cars do!
