It migth seem harsh but I don't understand why ADs that sell double sealed watches
don't get their license revoked immediately or at least after only a few instances (2-3 warnings max). Too many of these things happened over the last couple years with super high end watches being immediatly flipped after realease - i.e green / tiffany 5711 or now all of these double sealed watches.
Last year Christie's sold a plethora of modern double signed tiffany PPs all from the same collector. all of them brand new. One of them was a 5531R or the "terminator" aquanaut hard to believe that they can't track down the AD that sold these watches immediately. While, I have no direct proof, I always hear whispers of VVIPS flipping their watches without being balcklisted but obviosuly can't prove it.
