To the extent that Patek suspends or pulls agreements with ADs

 

I think Patek should take care of the customer/client, at the end of the day, and help them continue relationships and a positive buying experience after they have maybe terminated an AD. Having a more centralized way of managing a customer and potentially transferring them within the network is something I can see improvement on. Have had multiple friends lose their local AD and along with it their relationship history.
