Without doubt the 5531R
More elegant and wearable. I noticed you did not take a wrist shot with the GF probably because then the Patek would win hands down!! 
The 5531R is a work of art and a technological masterpiece all in one. Irrespective of how well the GF is finished, it is in a different league (lower!) to the 5531R in my opinion.

The reason would be that it would be my grail watch. As a watch collector i love every watch that i own and use every watch that i own. Some watches might mean more because they have been bought for a special occasion

Simply no comparison. GF is the pinnacle of watch making. I have both the GMT and GMT Earth variations of GF. The wrist presence is massive and the watch is a pure work of art.

PP is a amazing and beautiful brand but my absolute grail watch is the GF GMT 👌🏻😘 I do like all Greubel Forsey watches but this one is top imho (Watch not mine ,yet!! ) ...
They are actually exactly the same
The GF shows that it is an automat in the dial. The Patek shows it on the back. Patek has possibly got a better value in the future but the GF is more of an automat.

GF usually for quality, but Patek quality at this level is very very good. So it's really down to subjective preferences and which complication you prefer. But movement wise the GF is prettier.
