I will say though, that I would not constructively criticize anyone at a cocktail party, even more so if they did not explicitly ask for it. So perhaps the cocktail party analogy gives the wrong idea when it comes to brands rather than forum members.

Media publications don’t want to deal with clients that have a tendency to litigate. IMO leaks suck but I’d push for credit and leave it there… There’s not *that* many places to buy media at PP’s scale and the agencies facilitating media buys are not that...
