Having said that, the point of the remark was that with the 010 RM has basically built an airbag around the 005-S movement. I respect the size of the 003 as (I assume) it was built around the movement; I do not respect the 010's size. It is the kind of thing that annoys me, as there is no conceivable justification, engineering or otherwise, for doing such a thing. Richard Mille should be above that.
One of my favourite watches is a Panerai 190, a very clean-cut 45mm Radiomir with acres of extremely readable dial, powered by a beauty of an 8-day JLC movement. Like the RM010 the sapphire window in the caseback cleverly hides the fact that there's a lot of unnecessary airspace in the case. When admiring the movement I try not to think of it.

the 004 and 008 are the same. The 010 is the same as the 003.

Perhaps the numbers look similar to you,
But as someone who has handled all of the watches in question, I can tell you that the 3/10 and the 4/8 do not look or wear even remotely similarly in size. The 4/8 is MUCH bigger and has the extra screws in the case.
