By the way, the majority of my hand wound chronographs have colum wheels and like you I prefer them but the 3861, although cam actuated, is very smooth and SUPER accurate.
I already did an on the wrist test of my Apollo 11 in SS and also my Moonshine. Both of these watches have the new caliber 3861. After 1 week, the Apollo 11 in SS averaged +1 sec/day and the Moonshine was + 4 - 5 secs after 1 week so less than +1 sec/day 😉

The Moonshine. I’m not sure I could rock either which tells you how much cooler Justin (or Yokozuna) is than me. I do wish Speedmaster had greater water resistance in general but still no question. Omega is gaining on Rolex...I’m sure it’s probably a matt...
I love the Daytona
But here the moonshine is more elegant. I need to see it on Yokozuna first, to really be sure!

My understanding is that this Omega has a cam system instead of a column wheel controlled chronograph? I'll take the Daytona. It might not be the crazy popular choice, as I know Omegas are in vogue, but it's the qualitative one!

I think you misunderstood the point of the choice in this exercise. For me, I obvious chose BOTH 😜 but if I had to choose, it would be an easy decision as I would choose the Moonshine without hesitation...

The heart says it, but the brain says the Moonshine is superior in many ways. Something rakish about a gold daytona conjures a weekend club ride out with the driving club.
