I still struggle to fully understand and appreciate this complication and would very much like to know what you think of the caliber 242 designed for Blancpain by Vincent Calabrese. I personally love it because it's a flying tourbillon and because it gives a full and clear view of the rotation of the escapement wheel (the movement beats at 3Hz), which is most of the time partly hidden by the tourbillon cage and bridge. And even if the rotor isn't peripheral, I don't find it too obtrusive. Anyway, I'm very interested in what you think of it!
