I agree that this VC is really well done. Similarly, the new Patek Aquanaut minute repeater is demonstrating more advanced gem-setting techniques (such as invisible settings on the dial and case) than what we typically see used.
I have not seen that MB&F before! It has an upbeat and lively design which I find to be quite rare in jewelry. Often jewelry designs look as if they are made of metal and stones (which, of course, they are) - but my favorite pieces tend to have a liveliness to them that don't call attention to their construction.

Personally, while I like jeweled watches - I can't justify the additional expense. Although I really like the idea of a jeweled clasp since the clasp is sometimes scratched more heavily than the rest of the watch.
