If I could have only one it is the 30066 in the hong cong edition. The simplicity of time tourby without date and PR just sings or me, but the standard 30066 is fine too
I like the size on wrist of the second evolution of the regulator. When I tried it on at the boutique I liked the larger presence versus the 30066 which I got to try the skeleton version in comparison.
I find the tonneau shapes to be a beautiful complement in the collection. The VC history just adds to the aura.
I still prefer shaped movements and open backs to see the glory. It's a big price to enter that world. So for me, baby steps. I have started with the 1912 Historiques, WG.

Its huge size, and its coffin shaped case left me cold.
Then to see the same movement in the Patrimony, then in the American, then in this one is another argument which didn't please me. I know that Vacheron is far from being the only one to do so, but what I don't like here is something I don't like elsewhere...

Nice familly overview
This watch is a real beauty on pictures. I haven't tried it on yet but only saw it in a shop window. It's so pure an delegant, a nice shaped original watch compared to what we can see here and there in that field. I'm not a fount of knowledge concering VC...
I was not seduced by this watch.
I think that it lacks character and I'm not convinced by its case shape. Anyway, thanks a lot for this detailed presentation! Fx

It is interesting that the Malte Small Seconds that was delivered came with the old-style Geneva Seal papers, when I see the Geneva Seal imprinted on the watch caseback. I guess this is a transitional time for VC watches in this regard. It is fascinating ...
