At the NAIAS in Detroit, Porsche will debut 2 new 911 models - 911 Targa 4 & Targa 4S

These 2 new Porsche 911 Targa models will feature the distinctive Targa roof bar. What's different about this Targa roof bar is the roof segment can be opened and closed at the push of a button.
Both models come with AWD.
911 Targa 4 - 3.4L 6-cylinder 350 hp. 0-60mph in 4.6 secs.
911 Targa 4S - 3.8L 6-cylinder 400 hp. 0-60 mph in 4.2 secs.
The 911 Targa 4 MSRP is $101,600, and MSRP for the Targa 4S is $116,200. Deliveries scheduled this summer.

I just agreed with the wife that we will order a 911 Targa S for spring 2015. It's a perfect "semi-cabrio" for the colder climate and when driving the glass roof closed, the interior gets still a lot of light. Now the big argument is: black or dark blue. Our Cayanne is black. Best, ...

Aston Martin at Pebble Beach

The recent posts by Riddler on his Aston Martin Rapide and Bill on his DB9 reminded to post pictures of the Aston Martin event a few months ago at Pebble Beach. I joined several PuristSPro Moderators for a private event hosted by Aston Martin to test drive the Vanquish and Rapide. The estate was beautiful however I was disappointed in the parking arrangements and having to see many exotic cars parked on a dusty sloped hillside. Anyway, once we found a spot we checked in with the AM staff and waiting for our appointments.
