Baselworld 2014 was an average year in my point of view. We will come back to this later. Having said that, a few big brands managed to propose a very solid 2014 collection. And among these brands, Girard-Perregaux was without any doubt, maybe with Blancpain, the most active and creative one.

There is a lot to say about this collection but in the meantime, I propose you some pictures to enjoy!

Of course, the most impressive watch was the Tri-Axial Tourbillon. The behaviour of the Tourbillon can be easily observed and more important, the speed of the third axis makes it very impressive. I already saw several but this one has a very stunning pace.

The Neo-Tourbillon is at the end more important in my point of view since it embodies a new stylistic approach:

The Constant Escapement comes with a PG case:

New dial, slight changes for the 1966 Minute Repeater Annual Calendar. The new dial improves the perceived quality:

New colours are available for the Sea-Hawk:

Important news, a bracelet is now available for the Sea-Hawk. It was expected by numerous customers.






This Vintage 1945 without dial is a true beauty... totally unexpected for me!

I could appreciate the blue dial of this version:

A new and practical complication for the 1966. The watch is nicely made but lacks of spice...

It is not the case of the Traveller Tribute John Harrison! With its second time display, the name of the collection becomes logical!

And... ladies were not forgotten with new versions of the Cat's Eye... the Anniversaire (left watch) is spectacular!
