Wow! Amazing PW movement! Love it Blomman! Actually I would love to buy a vintage pocket watch but just so afraid they are so fragile. A modern (high end) one tends to be very expensive and hence I stick to wrist watches. cheers robin

Yes, Robin... This one I a very special one! :) As for fragile - honestly, many vintage PW's are much more robust than todays wristwatches! Today, many Manufactures uses too thin and fragile parts, 100 years ago you used thicker- and materail that lasted longer. Just l...

I am blown away Blomman! By your pocket watch and photos! Ah understand now. It's not fragile indeed. If we get a vintage PW from a well established brand still going strong today such as Vc, Pp, jlc, GP etc I think they can make the parts for us although it will be very expensiv...

At the Basel Watch Fair in 1971 the offering from Girard Perregaux included several ladies watches. Easy to see that the DNA for the Cats Eye been with GP for a long time!
