12/12: the quest is over!

I have had for a very long time the wish to be able to wear each and every Opus! My quest is over because I could shoot this week the two missing Opus in my collection of wristshots, Opus 1 and Opus 4.

To be more precise, I didn't see ALL the Opus because as you know, some have several versions. But I could wear at least one version of each what is already pretty good!

Please find below this 12 Opus string:

Opus 1 (François-Paul Journe):

none

Opus 2 (Antoine Preziuso):

none

Opus 3 (Vianney Halter):

none

Opus 4 (Christophe Claret):

none

Opus V (Felix Baumgartner):

none

Opus 6 (Robert Greubel and Stephen Forsey):

none

Opus 7 (Andreas Strehler):

none

Opus 8 (Frédéric Garinaud):

none

Opus 9 (Jean-Marc Wiederrecht and Eric Giroud):

none

Opus X (Jean-François Mojon):

none

Opus Eleven (Denis Giguet):

none

Opus 12 (Emmanuel Bouchet):

none

I'm very happy to achieve this quest!

Of course I will come back to the pictured Opus 1 and Opus 4.

Thanks a lot to the harry Winston team in Geneva!

I think 3, 5 and 12. Vianney's is just so unique, I would love to just see one in the flesh..! Great pics too, Andy.

3 has a special place in the collection, that's true! For Vianney, for the time display, for the difficulties to produce it... a true challenge which made it iconic! Fx

Which one is your favourite? For me it is the 12, having had the joy of trying it on, it's size, the way it tells the time, practicality(bit on the heavy side), future desirability and much more, it ticks all my boxes. Cheers Steve

Thanks François. Yes the Opus 3 is the most wearable along with the 2 and the 1. There is clearly a change with Opus V: sizes became much larger. Thanks for your input! Fx

The Midnight Tourbillon GMT, the circular watch

The Midnight Tourbillon GMT can be seen as the result of a great metamorphosis. Look carefully at the dial. The Tourbillon located at 6 o'clock, the main time display on the right, the second time zone on the left, the reference cities on top, does it remind you anything? If you think about the Z5 or Ocean Tourbillon GMT, congratulations! You won! This Midnight reinterprets the Tourbillon movement with second timezone display from Dimier in an environment that I find more favourable. Actually, the Midnight ...
