It is a very unusual style of Breguet hands. Probably unique. Looks extremely delicate.
On a lot of older watches with breguet hands, it's extremely common to see the tip snapped off (usually not a huge deal as the overall length isnt shortened too much). On these hands, on can see the top portion being snapped right off and the hands immediately become too short.
