Yes, I think that the 5522 really needs to be seen in the metal. I like this grainy blue dial that seems to be the same than on the 5524 and 5960G. For me, there would be a problem of size I think but I'm glad they propose this model for this particular event. I'm not sure I'd keep it on the regular collection though. I would say it is the kind of limited thing for anniversaries and special occasions but not as the new Patek line design.

What I find interesting is that the 5230 NY is the same price, in dollars, as the 5230 that came out last year. I don't think Patek would have been criticized if it had charged a premium for that dial.
