Well, the 5531 NY Special Edition is really gorgeous but I have a bias, it's a minute repeater (by far my favourite complication). Regarding its case, I'm less thrilled than you.
The other one I like a lot is the "Sheridan style". May be a little bit "too much" but I love it.

What I find interesting is that the 5230 NY is the same price, in dollars, as the 5230 that came out last year. I don't think Patek would have been criticized if it had charged a premium for that dial.
