Not an easy thing to prepare paella for so many people but it looks that the person engaged on it has a big experience and I´m sure both you and your guests had a great day and enjoyment. Opening a champagne bottle with a sabre is a true art!! An art I do...

We are lucky, indeed. And yes, there were some cool machines in attendance along with their owners. I can’t recall too much detail as we just had yet another dinner with relatives tonight, fueled by the remaining buckets-full of sangria. Cheers, Mike
