Have you heard of the Aston Martin Cygnet?
It's a tiny diminutive city car with a 1.3 liter engine, based off a minuscule Toyota hatchback that was rebadged as an Aston Martin!
That aside. Yes, the M.A.D. watch is sometimes mistakenly referred to as an MB&F product. But this is a mistake. I hope I haven't made this mistake, and I apologize if I do. What a FOOT IN MOUTH moment. But as the real MB&F owners will know, these M.A.D. watches aren't that special. They use generic off-the-shelf movements. There's no special hand finishing. The MB&F watches use bespoke movements that are truly handcrafted and specially made/designed. The MB&F pieces are true works of art, made in small series production. These M.A.D. pieces are for the "boys" and the MB&F pieces are for the "men." The difference between men and boys is simply the price of their toys.
