Perhaps the best advice here anyone can give you is to go to a store and try on some of these watches and see if anyone really speaks out to you.
Now it’s true, it’s difficult to find a store that has all three. But you can get close approximations. Perpetual calendars are readily in stock as are non enamel world timers. And the newest perpetual calendar won’t be available to be seen immediately.
The fact that you publicly declare that your AD “sucks” is possibly due to a few different factors, they’re probably not great, but it’s also possible because you haven’t engaged them in a way that makes them feel you are a serious candidate. You may appear indecisive or uncommitted. Example; you mention acquiring a Lange after the Patek yet you haven’t even gotten to the Patek yet. For instance, you asking other people’s opinion on a watch that was just launched makes it look like you’re unrealistic or you didn’t do your homework.
Basing your acquisition decisions on other people’s impressions of a watch makes it look like you’re copying someone else’s homework. Why would you let strangers who’ve never met you influence your decision? And even those strangers can’t give you much valuable insight on a watch that was just announced this month.
And since you’re likely a young and successful guy (assuming you’re not just inheriting money) who has already spent a princely 30,000 Canadian dollars with your AD, you probably can trust your own judgment.
I see a lot of youthful enthusiasm here. And we’re all happy to fan the flames and give encouragement. But be realistic, be calm, be humble, and go with your own gut feelings. We get a lot of false starts by people on this forum who ask what watch should they buy and oddly most of them report back on what they bought (possibly because they never bought it).
