Extremely cool and congratulations your posts are always informativešŸ˜ā€¦

Having a limited experience…competitive rifle, skeet and trap in college, I don’t know much about fine firearms. None of my Omegas are safe queens. They are all practical and all get at least some use. As a photographer I would always pick a Nikon slr over say a Leica as Nikons from a practical standpoint we’re the best hands down. I do have a knife collection which is purely for display. I am a pro level martial artist and have tactical knife training and Kali etc. I’d never choose any of my display models if I had to defend myself (light flipper, SOG or K bar would be the choice) so my question is…are SVI style guns practical (competition) weapons or more about style and detail? Also from a purely practical standpoint would you be able to pick a ā€œcompetitionā€ handgun and shotgun that you think stand out as superior?
