Hello dear Art and friends !
I hope everyone is having a great weekend.
Ferrari has a particular aura around it. It’s difficult to pin down exactly what the magic is but the Italian passion for building beautiful racing cars and winning races is exceptional. Traditionally, if you work for the team it wasn’t the best paid job in the pit lane, the honour was sufficient !
I won’t go through the incredible race history of Ferrari F1 team but I look back fondly on my memories of the races and the people at Maranello when Michael Schumacher.joined the team, starting a legendary era for the team. The Rolex Daytona was my watch of choice for many of the races.
Fernando almost became world champion in 2010 but lost the title by just 4 points. It was an exciting season.
When it comes to endurance racing Porsche have been been incredibly successful, proving that if you want to win, first you have to finish the race.
Mark Donohue drove for Porsche during his career and was an exceptional driver.
A new era is unfolding at Ferrari and it’s sure to be typical Italian drama 😎

Ari was the only one I have been driven by but they are all amazing drivers. And it was an era I sadly didn’t get to experience live first time around 🤷🏻♂️
