Thanks, Nico. It was a tight crop and hard to frame... As too much above and you get the intrusion and disruption of a modern skyline. This tighter crop maintains an ancient purity while still giving a sense of depth and massiveness. Thanks for your encouragement!

Thanks, Casey. Happening on the wall was true serendipity... I was out for an early morning exploratory walk and happened on the wall. I didn't expect it, and more, I didn 't expect to be able to go up on top! Everything fell into place, literally and figuratively. Thanks for making it the masthead! TM

I wasn't quite sure I would get this shot since the subject was in constant motion but by using zone focusing and increasing the DOF by tightening the aperture, I think it came out ok. Thanks for looking. fernando .
