Richard Mille RM27-01 : closer encounter :-) On wrist Review
KIH
@ Watches & Wonders in HK!
Usual "close" encounter....
Even "closer" encounter...
Although this is not that small, but feels smaller than 27, thus makes you feel even lighter (just 2g in actuality, though). I, non-owner, did feel it lighter....
Instead of the base plate, the movement is floating with the wires.....
Color... it's everybody's taste, but I am okay with it and the matching strap looks smarter to me.....
Some truly great photos... this is a watch that hasgrown on me. Initially, I was of the thought of 'whats the point', but as I have learned more about the watch, I am more of the opinion that it is something amazing. Tensile steel cable at 0.35 mm thick, holding a movement tested at about 1000G in place. ...
"preferred the black casing"The grey case is even more special and understated (for such an outstanding watch) and therefore I love it, but in general I agree with you.
Nice pics. What a beauty.Stunning timepiece. Love it! Not on my wrist at the SIHH, so it's nice to see it on yours. What can I say about it? :) Thanks a lot. vte
Dear forumners, Emboldened by my 1st successful Hot Post from the Hong Kong show on the Piaget forum, I try to show the Richard Mille booth. Piaget Watches & Wonders Hot Post 1: As no new watches since SIHH 2013 were shown, I confine my Hot Post to photos of Richard and a prototype he was wearing........
