But based on my very recent conversation with a Lange staff, they don’t have the intention to have the steel Odysseus available at ADs for sale. Their strategy seems to be to keep the Odysseus steel a boutique exclusive piece ala APRO 15202. Only the WG models will be available for sale at ADs.

There are a lot of pros and cons of this watch. But... all I just want the 1815 40 mm in white gold. A simple time only watch that is large, handsome, well finished, fun to wind, and so on. That's all I want from the super-brand Lange.
Sadly no longer exists as a new watch anymore. Model 233.026 has been replaced by 235.026 which is 38.5mm and not 40mm.
The RL is definitely a nice piece, but I'm looking for a petite seconds.
