Great write, thanks. A Lange that is exactly how a sporty Lange is supposed to look like. It's a big F towards these lame people who just wanted another rip off. They can cry me a river! On the other hand I despise the recent development regarding supply of the steel version. Multiple high end non-boutique collectors with 30+ watches got screwed though they were promised with delivery this year.

There are a lot of pros and cons of this watch. But... all I just want the 1815 40 mm in white gold. A simple time only watch that is large, handsome, well finished, fun to wind, and so on. That's all I want from the super-brand Lange.
Sadly no longer exists as a new watch anymore. Model 233.026 has been replaced by 235.026 which is 38.5mm and not 40mm.
The RL is definitely a nice piece, but I'm looking for a petite seconds.
