SIHH is a trade show...
They are showing products to dealers, primarily (yes there is some public press, but that isn't the focus). I can see the rationale of showing a work in progress, in that context.
Hopefully it won't take 4 years to finish, a la the JLC Mega Sonnerie.

that is not ready - the Grand (or shall we call it Huge ) Complication ? Was it 50mm?! Would have been impressed if it would be wearable. The 1815 Rattrapante PC looks interesting - at least from what I could see in the showcase outside the booth.

Doing something like that, is really damaging the image for me. It reminds me JLC which is quite bad when you want to compete with Patek or Vacheron. That said, I think Lange had a good SIHH overall with nice novelties. cheers Francois
