Horological Meandering

Didn't they change to self-ownership only a few years back ???? Sounds like leadership mismanagement, especially considering how huge this past bubble was.

To me, they have no real 'modern' identity any longer. In the 1980s, sure, you knew Nardin, but now? Just visited their website, and some models look like the $500 Chinese skeletons i see flooding the typical sites. Imho first thing is to reduce, it's not going to get any better for quite some time. Mishandling the recent bubble is surprising, and we all knew it was a bubble so you had to know once it popped...

Change management / ownership.

Reduce models

Find a cohesive identity.

Or sell it to Richemont, they know how to maximize profits (though quality, you know, will ... change). Maybe Swatch or LVMH can buy just the Freak design? Sell the company in 'parts'? Honestly, how badly are they currently being managed to fail just months after the bubble popped?
