Well, I am looking after watches from a recent or distant past, more than the current production, I must admit.
I am a bit disappointed by watches from these very last years, as if the Watch Industry took some distance with their hard core collectors, for some new clients.
They are making watches for clients, more than for true collectors and passionate watch lovers... I have this feeling, at least. And most of the brands do that, strangely.
So, yes, I can add a watch in my collection, but from the past, or, from tomorrow, IF I really fall on something I am looking for.

At this point it’s probably driven by a desire to curate a “better” collection.
At this point I should be swapping incomings with outgoings, I’m trying to get to this point but struggling a little. To the extent that the collection continues to grow its really a failure of being able to do what I mentioned above.
It is a complicated thing. The most important for me is I love to look at watches and handle them.
