Not meaning to be unkind...
...but I always have a problem with phrases such as "..I have it on good authority that...", or "...according to a source close to the President..." or " ...a good friend who wishes to remain anonymous...". Please excuse me: it's my problem, not yours, and I don't mean to offend. I feel, though, that attribution affords credibility whilst anonymity invites skepticism.
Whatever the Simplicity calibre is, was or may have been, it seems to me that we can agree that it is now one mighty fine collection of bits.
