His workshop is opened to anyone interested to see, and anyone could see his team of watchmakers making watches in the traditional George Daniels methods. He is always inviting people to his workshop. He can also show you the purposes he uses CNC for in his watches, too.
Or you can ask any watch enthusiast who has spent time visiting him, instead of hearing online falsehoods about him, from people who don't even know him, never speak to him or visit his workshop before. There are several videos of people visiting him at his workshop in YouTube.
Other than Great Britain series, all his watches from Series 1 to 6 are available for purchase. There are no "new" or "old" Roger Smith. The watches are now all made by his apprentices just like how he used to do so for George Daniels. The watches are released in sequential series number since day 1 with nomenclature Sa-xx where a is series number and xx is the number of that series in sequence. If your serial number is S1-19, it means you are the 19th owner of the Series 1 since he started producing Series 1.
In fact, Roger Smith just delivered one of the last George Daniels recently to a very lucky customer.
