If movement finishing is THE key issue for you, then that is fine. It’s how you should evaluate a watch.

But, for others, it might be history of the manufacturer that is THE key issue with movement finishing way down the list. For those people, that is also fine.

My point is that many on this thread seem to apply what is important to them as factually relevant to everyone. And that isn’t fine. Some even take to being rude as it’s seen as an opportunity to slag off the brand. That isn’t fine either.

I think your post was balanced and very informative and outlined factors that you see as important. It was a very very good post. Unfortunately some others saw it as an opportunity to slag off the brand. Doing so because they have informed opinion, or because they have ownership knowledge is one thing. Doing it because of biased judgmentalism isn’t.
