No, I have not tried the VC on. The dimensions 41mm X 12mm thick seem correct for my wrist.

I like the 3- hander, however the blue dial has a white datewheel and that’s a distraction for me. The silver dial is less of an issue.
Blue is my favorite color, so that’s the draw towards a blue dial.
Larry, i think this dual time is one of the best looking Oversea in the collection and the dial is not too busy (I would argue that the time only time is too boring!!!)
I like the way the day is displayed and i much prefer it as well to all the other choices you mentioned. I dont think you can go wrong.
The more that I look at that dial, I feel the same as you. The pusher at 5pm is a big plus from a design perspective.

In that case, the GP L will likely be redundant. I encourage you to still try on the Ingenieur. But yes, I agree, there is no contest between the IWC and VC movement. Enjoy the hunt! 👍🏻

They are amazing. I haven’t tried one on personally, but I’m inclined to think the AE 41 will fit you if you are comfortable with AP RO 41

The GMT and the Minute hand ( can’t remember the name ) that can be set to track an event were both very interesting. They have a lovely line-up, but I wish to go in another direction. You have one of those I believe.
