Is what they call that. When I got my Model S i suffered from that too. But after 4 years no more.
The Tesla Supercharger network (25 min recharge) is already sufficient for most and it will keep growing. Other parties are making charging station networks through Europe too with pretty good charging speed.
In the end it all depends on your daily average mileage. In The Netherlands it’s 34 km for the average car commuter. So with a range of at least 300 km you will be safe. Charge at night and/or during office hours and you will never see a station again.
No kidding, my main concern is to know if Tesla will still exist after 2020. This company burns cash as quickly as its cars which is an issue for a potential buyer in my opinion

For everyday use, I’m sure there’s no issue with a Tesla if you live in a big city (so many Tesla cabs here in Geneva). I’m much more worried about a long trip ( 700km) with such a car.

The standard Tesla will keep that acceleration up to 120 km/h and after that slow down immensly. This Tesla Roadster will also slow down beyond 160 km per hour or will not have the same elasticity of the Chiron on the top end, from let us say 200 km per h...
