Aesthetically speaking, the F4 is undisputably a true œuvre d'art and the ones prepared by the japanese team Moto Corse are even better. From the dynamic viewpoint, on the contrary, I haven't had good experiences with MVs: I've only rode a Brutale 1090 R and I haven't loved it; maybe it's a matter of tastes.
The pictures you've posted are stunning and the Japanese landscape is always wonderful (I especially love the Fujiyama). I must confess that this last point made me a bit "nervous", because I've never visited this fashinating country (and I don't know when I will).

if your looking for the perfect starter bike i'd highly recommend the CBR600
Honda make bikes that are supremely easy to ride from novice to expert and the CBR600 has to be the best of the bunch. its fast, handles beautifully, looks good, sounds good and isnt overly expensive. no point spending a lot on the first bike just in case...
