Thank you, Marc, for sharing your experience. You had an excellent experience, and I have also had great experiences with various well-known brands, even outside of warranty, when I wasn’t charged anything for service or shipping because it was a factory defect. That’s why this situation with something as absurd as Patek seems quite strange to me.
