I have never paid for shipping for warranty service neither.

 

But I do realize, those stores were all "trusting me" that my "alleged complaint" about the watch was accurate and if it were accurate then it would be a valid warranty claim.  What if my alleged complaint was inaccurate and the Service Center realized I had done something to cause the watch to malfunction?  Then they'd have to not only charge me to fix the watch, but they'd also have to charge me for shipping!  Double ouch!
